About ProTech Inspection & Equipment Inc.

Roland Bustamante founded ProTech Inspection & Equipment in 2001. He has 28 years of experience in the water works industry and is currently a lead inspector at one of the largest water districts in southern California.

Mr. Bustamante serverd 6 years as the President of the American Construction Inspector Association (ACIA) of the Coachella Valley chapter. He is registered in ACIA Division I Engineering and ACIA Division IV Public Works. In addition, Mr. Bustamante is a certified inspector with the International Code Council in Special Reinforced Concrete Inspection and Building Inspection.

Mr. Bustamante holds a Grade III Department of Health Certification in Water Distribution and obtained an AA degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of California Riverside.

As a water inspector, he recognized the need for a water valve locking device. He proceeded to design, develop, and market the NAIL water valve locking devices. In fact, the NAIL II holds a U.S. patent secured on January 25, 2011. The NAIL products are manufactured in the U.S. and distributed throughout the United States.
